After the previous article in our Growth Journal, another week has passed, and this time the focus began to shift. If the first weeks were about launch, first impressions, first clicks and the first signs that the system was really starting to move, the fourth week showed something else: visibility alone is no longer enough.

Clicks are good, impressions are good too, and seeing growth in analytics is encouraging. But at some point, marketing has to start doing the next job: turning attention into enquiries, enquiries into conversations, and conversations into real commercial opportunities.

That is why I would describe the fourth week like this: Visibilion started moving from visibility towards leads and price enquiries.

During this week, visibilion.ee reached 3.87 thousand impressions in Google Search Console, 9 organic clicks, 487 sessions in Google Analytics, 441 active users, 429 visitors in Site Kit, 151 clicks in Google Ads, 7.7 thousand ad impressions, 12,704 profile views on SSB.ee, 31,267 views of the company page on Facebook and 759 sent emails.

But the most important thing is not only in the numbers. The most important thing is that behind this visibility, more serious business signals started to appear: several price enquiries, the first request through the new Meta lead form campaign for a free website audit, and one potentially large request for an online store development project with many custom solutions.

Such an e-commerce project may be in the range of approximately 7–10 thousand euros, because this is not a simple online store based on a ready-made template, but a more complex development project with custom logic. A simple online store could cost about three times less, but here the level of the task is already different.

For me, this is an important moment. It is not a signed contract yet and not the final result, but it is no longer just analytics. It is the market starting to respond.

Growth comparison

What changed during the first four weeks?

If you look at each week separately, the numbers may still seem small. But when you place the first four snapshots next to each other, the picture becomes much clearer: visibility is growing, traffic is increasing, advertising is collecting data, external channels are bringing more attention, and after the first commercial signals, leads and more serious price enquiries began to appear.

Organic clicks

1

4

6

9

Clicks are growing more slowly than impressions, which is normal for a new website at early positions.

Average position in Google

66.3

59.8

56.6

51.9

The average position is gradually improving, although most queries are still far from the top.

Keyword queries

76

148

202

267

Google is understanding better which topics the website should be shown for.

Sessions in GA4

128

287

431

487

Website traffic continues to grow, but already in a calmer and more stable way.

Active users

89

240

373

441

More people are reaching the website and the system is getting more behavioural data.

Google Ads clicks

12

52

110

151

Paid advertising continues to bring clicks and data for optimisation.

Google Ads impressions

223

1.63K

3.19K

7.7K

After adding display advertising, reach increased sharply. Now we are testing the role of display ads.

SSB.ee profile views

2,987

5,963

8,970

12,704

External local visibility continues to grow and supports trust in the brand in Estonia.

Site Kit visitors

97

252

372

429

The number of visitors is growing and traffic is coming from several channels.

Sent emails

14

164

399

759

Email outreach is moving from a test towards a more systematic communication channel.

The most important thing here is not one specific number, but the trend: in the first week, there was a baseline; in the second week, the system started moving; in the third week, the first commercial signals appeared; and in the fourth week, visibility began turning into leads and price enquiries.

Four weeks later: what really changed?

If we compare the first four snapshots, the change is already clearly visible. In the first article, we fixed a very early baseline: 313 impressions in Google Search Console, 1 click, a CTR of 0.3% and an average position of 66.3. In the second week, we already had 1.11 thousand impressions, 4 clicks, a CTR of 0.4% and an average position of 59.8. In the third week, Google Search Console showed 2.25 thousand impressions, 6 clicks, a CTR of 0.3% and an average position of 56.6. By the fourth week, we reached 3.87 thousand impressions, 9 clicks, a CTR of 0.2% and an average position of 51.9.

This means that organic visibility grew more than 12 times compared with the first week. Clicks are still growing more slowly than impressions, but for a new website this is normal. At an early stage, Google often starts showing the website for a large number of queries, but many of these queries are still far from the first page.

It is especially important that out of 3,871 impressions, 3,208 impressions came specifically from Estonia. For us, this is fundamental, because Visibilion.ee is currently being built as the local foundation for the Estonian market. We do not need abstract impressions from random countries. We need visibility where we can actually work with clients.

The number of keyword queries for which the website is indexed and shown also increased. In the third week, there were 202 of them; in the fourth week, there were already 267. This is a good signal: Google is increasingly connecting Visibilion.ee with different topics — SEO, website development, Google and Meta advertising, WordPress, website security, web development and other areas.

Here again there is an important lesson: at an early stage, SEO cannot be judged only by clicks. If a new website starts getting more impressions, more keyword queries and gradually improving its average position, that is already movement. Clicks usually start growing more strongly later, when more queries move closer to the top.

SEO: 3.87 thousand impressions and 267 keyword queries

From the SEO side, the fourth week shows the continuation of the same line: organic visibility is growing, semantics are expanding, and the average position is gradually improving.

CTR dropped to 0.2%, but right now this should not be dramatised. When a website starts appearing for a larger number of queries, and some of those queries are still at low positions, CTR can temporarily decrease. At this stage, it is much more important that the volume of impressions is growing, the number of keyword queries is growing, and the average position is improving.

Our SEO task remains clear: continue creating useful content, strengthen service pages, connect articles with internal links, watch which queries start moving towards positions 20–30, and gradually improve pages so that more impressions turn into clicks.

SEO is not one quick jump. It is work with visibility, trust, website structure and content quality. Right now, we are seeing the exact stage where the foundation begins to expand.

Website traffic: 487 sessions and 441 active users

Google Analytics shows that by the fourth week, the website reached 487 sessions, 441 active users, 2.3 thousand events and 2 key events.

If we compare this with the previous snapshots, the first article showed 128 sessions and 89 active users in GA4. In the second week, there were 287 sessions and 240 active users. In the third week, 431 sessions and 373 active users. In the fourth week, already 487 sessions and 441 active users.

The growth became calmer, and that is normal. After the first jumps, the system begins to reach a more natural rhythm. What matters to me here is not only the number of visitors, but also the fact that the website already provides more data for analysis: which pages people open, which sources bring them in, where enquiries appear, and which channels produce more meaningful actions.

Digital marketing is not only a game of traffic. It is a game of trust, intent and actions.

Channel distribution: the system is becoming more resilient

By the fourth week, Site Kit shows 429 visitors. The channel distribution remains especially interesting: social media provides 39.9% of traffic, direct traffic — 22.8%, Google advertising — 21.2%, paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram — 12.7%, while other channels contribute a smaller share.

I like this picture because it does not look dependent on one source. Yes, organic transitions from social media currently account for a large share of traffic, but alongside them there is direct traffic, Google Ads, paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and other sources.

For a new website, this is important. If all traffic comes from one place, the system is vulnerable. If one channel drops, everything drops. But when there are several sources, they start supporting one another.

One person sees a post on Facebook. Another lands on a service page through Google advertising. A third sees us on SSB.ee. A fourth comes directly because they have already seen the name before. A fifth reads an article and returns later.

No single channel has to do all the work alone. The point of the system is exactly that the channels support one another.

Google Ads: from search to reach and awareness

By the fourth week, Google advertising reached 151 clicks, 7.7 thousand impressions, a CTR of 1.96% and an average CPC of 1.70 dollars.

If you look only at CTR, it may seem that the result became worse, because in the third week the CTR was higher. But here it is important to understand that we changed the approach: we started expanding reach and added display advertising for testing.

Because of this, the number of impressions grew very strongly, to approximately 1–2 thousand impressions per day. Clicks did not increase by the same amount in the fourth week, but this is expected. Display advertising works differently from search. Search advertising captures existing demand: a person is already searching for a website, SEO, Google Ads or a marketing service. Display advertising helps the brand appear in front of people earlier, before they are ready to search for the service.

At this stage, we are not making final conclusions. We added display advertising as a test, and after analysing one week, we will make further decisions about Google advertising: what to keep, what to turn off, where to improve creatives, where to refine audiences and how to divide the budget between search and reach.

But I like the logic itself. Not every ad has to bring a click immediately. Sometimes the first task is simpler: a person has to see the brand, remember the logo, the name, the style and the message. Then, when they encounter Visibilion again in search, in an article, on social media or in an email, the company is no longer completely unfamiliar.

In B2B, trust often does not appear at the first point of contact, but after several touchpoints. That is why Google Ads for us right now is not only about clicks, but also about testing brand awareness.

Meta Ads: less general traffic, more lead generation

In the fourth week, we also changed our approach to Meta advertising. We reduced the general traffic campaign budget by half, to 5 dollars per day. It continues to work as a channel for visibility and additional touchpoints, but we do not want to spend too much budget only on visits if we can simultaneously test more direct lead generation.

That is why we launched a new campaign with a lead form for a free initial website audit, and already the morning after launch, the first audit request came in.

This is an important moment, but not because one request proves anything conclusively. One request is not yet a system, but it confirms the hypothesis: a website audit can be a clear and attractive enough entry offer for the audience.

The task for the next week is to prepare and send these audits, and then look not only at the number of leads, but also at their quality: what websites people send, what problems the businesses have, and whether the audit can turn into a conversation, a price offer or a project.

This is a very important transition: from “we are getting traffic” to “we are collecting contacts of potential clients”, because at some point marketing must stop being just website visits and become a sales system.

StoryBook: 12,704 profile views

StoryBook, also known as SSB.ee, continues to be a strong local visibility channel for Visibilion. In the third week, the company profile had 8,970 views, and by the fourth week it already had 12,704 profile views.

That is growth of about 42% in one week. Of course, profile views are not yet enquiries or clients, but for a local B2B brand, this visibility matters. Especially when the company is building trust in the Estonian market and wants to be visible not only in Google or Facebook, but also in the local business environment.

In our case, SSB.ee works as an additional layer of presence. We publish short versions of articles and press releases there, strengthen reputational visibility, show company activity and create another touchpoint with the potential audience.

In B2B, people rarely make a decision immediately, but they notice our activity, see the name, compare, return, check the company, and the more normal trust points there are around the brand, the easier it becomes for someone to take the next step later.

Facebook: more than 31 thousand views

The company’s Facebook page also continues to grow. In the third week, there were 16,413 views; in the fourth week, there were already 31,267. That is almost twice as much.

Here we need to be honest: views do not automatically mean deep interest, enquiries or sales. We are talking more about overall visibility and repeated touchpoints than ready demand. But for a new local B2B brand, this is still important. Especially at an early stage, when the task is not only to get a lead here and now, but also to make people start recognising the name Visibilion OÜ.

Because selling to a company that a person has already seen somewhere is much easier than selling to a company they see for the first time.

Email outreach: 759 emails and the first $500 opportunity

Email marketing continues to grow as a separate channel. In the second week, there were 164 sent emails; in the third, 399; and by the fourth week, already 759 sent emails.

The reply rate decreased to 3.23%, but this is normal dynamics as volume grows. When the database expands, the response percentage can decrease. It is important to look not only at the percentage, but also at whether meaningful replies appear, whether potential conversations start and whether real opportunities arise.

In the fourth week, Instantly already shows 1 opportunity worth 500 dollars. This is not a large result, but it is a good sign: the channel is starting not only to send emails, but to create potential deals.

Our goal in email outreach is not to aggressively spam the market, but to gradually build a manageable channel: the right segment, a clear offer, a normal tone, follow-up, analysis of replies and constant improvements. As in SEO or advertising, the first stage here is collecting data and improving quality.

Price enquiries: the main signal of the week

The most important signal of the fourth week is not in the charts. The most important signal is in the price enquiries.

We had several enquiries about the cost of work. One of them was for creating a large online store with many custom solutions. Such a project may cost around 7–10 thousand euros, because this is already complex development, not a simple online store built on a ready-made solution. A simpler store could cost about three times less, but here we are talking about a different level of task.

For me, this is an important moment. The new website started bringing not only curious visitors, but also potentially serious commercial conversations. Of course, this is not a signed contract yet, and I do not want to present a lead as a result. But this is no longer just analytics. This is already real business, and exactly these signals show that the system is beginning to touch the real market.

In addition, on June 26, another request came in for website SEO optimisation. It is more logical to attribute it to the fifth week of development, because it came today and will be part of the next period. But the fact itself matters: commercial enquiries continue to appear.

Content: fewer articles, but the focus shifted to leads

In the fourth week, there were fewer new articles than in some previous periods, and that is also normal.

We spent more time on leads, price enquiries, follow-ups, setting up paid lead generation and analysing channels. At some point, you cannot endlessly write articles only. You also need to process incoming signals, reply to people, prepare offers, improve advertising campaigns and turn marketing into sales.

Still, we published two important articles.

The first one was about choosing a platform for a website or online store: Shopify, WordPress or Wix. This is an important topic for business owners who are choosing between fast launch, flexibility, scalability and cost. The second one was about website security, WordPress updates and backups. This article appeared at exactly the right time, because as the website’s visibility grew, the first suspicious access attempts also appeared. It is a good reason to remind businesses that a website is not only design, SEO and advertising, but also technical security, maintenance, updates and protection.

In the future, the blog will play an even bigger role. Not only as an SEO tool, but also as an asset: a source of traffic, trust, partner income and international visibility.

Partnerships, affiliate marketing and visibilion.eu

This week, we also continued developing the partnership direction.

Visibilion signed its first partner agreements with large companies, including Shopify, Wix and other platforms. This does not replace the company’s main business direction, but it creates an additional monetisation layer around content.

The logic is simple: if we write useful articles about websites, platforms, SEO, advertising and digital tools, part of the audience will choose specific solutions anyway. And if we can recommend quality tools, earn partner income from that and still keep the content honest, this can become a normal additional direction.

We are also planning to launch visibilion.eu as a separate English-language information portal. It will contain more articles for an international audience, more English-language content and more opportunities for foreign traffic.

This is already the next level of development. Visibilion.ee remains the local foundation for Estonia, while visibilion.eu can become an international content asset. Together, they can work as two parts of one system: a local business and an international information platform.

Why we are not sharply increasing budgets yet

There are already first signals that advertising, SEO, content and lead generation are working, but this does not mean that budgets should be sharply increased right away.

We plan to increase advertising budgets in the future, but it makes sense to do this more aggressively when the first clients come specifically from the new website and the new system. For now, we need to test carefully, analyse lead quality, look at the cost per contact and understand which channels bring not only traffic, but real conversations. In general, we need ROI and ROMI to become positive, at least +20%.

Increasing the budget without understanding the quality of traffic can quickly turn into increasing expenses. That is why our logic right now is: first data, then first leads, then first clients, then scaling.

This is a calmer path, but a much healthier one.

What can other companies take from this?

The main lesson of the fourth week for me is very simple: marketing should not stop at traffic.

Impressions are needed so that the company starts being noticed. Clicks are needed so that people reach the website. Articles are needed to explain, educate and build trust. Advertising is needed to get data and reach faster. Social media is needed to create repeated touchpoints. Email campaigns are needed to start direct conversations. Partnerships are needed to open new recommendation and revenue channels.

But all of this should gradually lead to the next step: an enquiry, a request, an audit, a conversation, an offer or a deal.

In the fourth week, I look less and less at channels as separate numbers in a report. 9 organic clicks do not look impressive by themselves. 151 clicks from Google Ads are also not yet a reason to talk about a stable flow of enquiries. Views on Facebook, Instagram and StoryBook cannot yet be directly equated with sales, and email outreach still requires patience, segmentation and proper follow-up work.

But now the important question is no longer “which channel looks better in the report?”. Something else matters more: what actions these channels help us take next.

SEO shows which topics and keyword queries Google is starting to connect with Visibilion. Google Ads shows where there is paid demand and which wording works better. Display advertising helps check whether the brand can build awareness faster. Meta lead forms show whether the audience is willing to leave contact details in exchange for a free audit. Email campaigns show which market segments at least start replying. And price enquiries show that all this visibility is gradually reaching real business conversations.

For a business owner, this is probably the main conclusion of the week: marketing cannot be evaluated only by the principle “did a client come or not?”. At an early stage, it should help understand the market, test offers, see how people react, find weak points in the funnel and make the next decisions.

The right question here is no longer “which channel will bring me a client tomorrow?”. A stronger question is: “what signals am I getting from each channel, and how can I use them so that in a few months the system works more precisely, more cheaply and more consistently?”.

Read the first part of our story here:
How I am building Visibilion publicly: from a specialist business to a real company

What comes next?

Next week, we will look at what the new lead form in the Facebook advertising campaign brings, send free audits to potential clients, analyse the first week of display advertising in Google Ads, continue working with price enquiries and follow-ups, look at lead quality and gradually make budget decisions.

It will also be important to understand which pages and articles are starting to bring the most value: commercial pages, SEO pages, articles, case studies or external publications. Separately, we will also follow the new SEO request that came in on June 26. It is more logical to attribute it to the fifth week, but the fact itself shows that the system continues to move.

The fourth week showed that Visibilion.ee is no longer just becoming visible. It is starting to receive its first real opportunities. It is not yet a mature sales system, but it is no longer just a new website. It is a mechanism that is starting to send signals to the market and receive signals back.

And now the task is not simply to be happy about these opportunities, but to process them correctly, measure them and turn them into the next stage of growth.

Another week has passed since our previous Growth Journal article, and this time the picture is already much more interesting. In the first story, we set the starting point, and in the second one, it became clear that the first parts of the system had started moving. By the third week, we already saw the first signs that the whole mechanism had not only started, but was actually beginning to gain momentum.

I do not want to present this as some kind of “overnight success story”, because that would not be honest. We did not build a large sales machine in three weeks that now produces stable enquiries and clients. Stories like that only sound good when they are oversimplified. Real business growth is much calmer, more detailed and, honestly, much more interesting.

But something important really changed this week. Visibilion.ee reached 2.25 thousand organic impressions in Google, Google Ads crossed the 100-click mark, the website reached 431 sessions and 373 active users, the StoryBook.ee profile reached almost 9,000 views, the company Facebook visibility grew to more than 16,000 views, email outreach reached 399 sent emails, and most importantly: the first real business signals appeared.

We received 3 price enquiries and 1 positive reply about the affiliate program. One enquiry came directly by email and was related to e-commerce development. The second and third enquiries came through the contact form on the SEO service page. In addition, one design studio confirmed that our affiliate program terms work for them and that they can recommend us to their clients.

For me, this is a very important moment, because this is where theory starts turning into real signals. At the beginning, we talk about systems, channels, SEO, advertising, content and visibility. But eventually, all of this has to start creating business opportunities. In the third week, the first signs appeared that this direction can work.

If you look at only one week separately, the numbers may seem small. But when the first three snapshots are placed side by side, the picture becomes much clearer: visibility is growing, traffic is increasing, ads are collecting data, external channels are attracting more attention, and in the third week the first business signals appeared.

The most important thing here is not one specific number, but the trend: in the first week we had a baseline, in the second week the system started moving, and in the third week the first commercial signals appeared.

Three weeks later: what actually changed?

If we compare the first three snapshots, the change is already quite clear. In the first article, we recorded a very early baseline: 313 impressions in Google Search Console, 1 click, a CTR of 0.3% and an average position of 66.3. In the second week, we already had 1.11 thousand impressions, 4 clicks, a CTR of 0.4% and an average position of 59.8. In the third week, Google Search Console shows 2.25 thousand impressions, 6 clicks, a CTR of 0.3% and an average position of 56.6.

This means that organic visibility has grown more than seven times compared with the first snapshot. Compared with the second week, impressions have roughly doubled. Clicks are growing more slowly, but that is completely normal for a new website, because most impressions still happen on lower positions. Google is still testing the website, different articles, service pages and language versions.

Here is the first important lesson for other entrepreneurs: in the early phase of SEO, you should not judge only by clicks. When a new website starts becoming visible in search, the first important signals are impressions, keyword count, geography, indexing and movement in average position. Clicks usually come later, when positions start moving closer to the first page.

It is like building a house. In the first week, you do not ask why people are not sitting in the living room yet. First, the foundation has to exist.

SEO: 2.25 thousand impressions and a better average position

On the SEO side, the most important signal of the third week is that visibility did not grow through one random jump, but gradually. The graph shows how impressions started to rise at the end of May, reached 100+ daily impressions at the beginning of June and by the end of the third week started moving in the 150–200 daily impressions range.

The average position also improved: 66.3 → 59.8 → 56.6. This is not yet the stage where organic traffic comes in large volumes, but the movement is right. If a website moves from an average position of 66 to 56, it means Google is not only showing the website more often, but is also gradually testing it higher.

CTR decreased from 0.4% in the second week to 0.3%, but this should not be overdramatized at this stage. When a website starts appearing for more queries and some of those queries are still on lower positions, CTR can temporarily decrease. In this phase, it is much more important that impression volume and keyword coverage are growing.

Our current SEO task is quite clear: continue creating useful content, strengthen service pages, connect articles with internal links, monitor which queries start moving into positions 20–30, and improve the page titles, meta descriptions and content so that, in the future, more impressions can turn into clicks.

SEO is not the result of one article or one technical fix. It is continuous work with visibility, trust and content quality.

Website traffic: 431 sessions and 373 active users

Google Analytics shows that by the third week the website had already reached 431 sessions, 373 active users, 2.1 thousand events and 1 key event.

If we compare this with the previous snapshots, the first article had 128 sessions and 89 active users in GA4. In the second week, there were 287 sessions and 240 active users. In the third week, there are already 431 sessions and 373 active users. This means that traffic is not growing only because of one campaign or one post, but consistently.

But there is one important thing to say honestly: not all traffic has the same value. Some traffic comes from organic search, some from Google Ads, some from Meta ads, some from social media, some directly, and some through external platforms. That is why it is not enough to look only at the number of visitors. We also need to look at what people do: which pages they open, how long they stay, whether they move to service pages, whether they view case studies, whether they reach the contact form and whether enquiries appear.

Digital marketing is not only a traffic game. It is a game of trust, intent and actions.

Channel distribution: why this already looks like a system

By the third week, Site Kit shows 372 visitors, and the channel distribution becomes especially interesting. Social media gives 37.6% of the traffic, Direct gives 22.4%, Google advertising gives 21.6%, paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram gives 14.2%, and other channels give 4.2%.

For me, this is one of the most important signals of the entire third week. Yes, the numbers are not huge yet, but the channel picture already looks healthy. We are not dependent on one source. If Google Ads becomes more expensive tomorrow, organic social, direct traffic, SEO and other channels remain. If Meta advertising gives a lot of visibility but less deep intent, Google Ads can work with stronger search intent. If SEO is still growing, it is supported by articles, external platforms and social media.

This is exactly the kind of picture a company should want to see. Not one miracle channel on which all hope is placed, but several connected sources that bring different types of people at different decision stages.

One person sees a Facebook post. Another reaches a service page through Google search advertising. A third finds an article on StoryBook. A fourth comes directly because they have already seen the name before. A fifth reads my Growth Journal post on LinkedIn and then goes to the website.

No single channel has to do all the work alone. The whole point of a system is that channels support each other.

Google Ads: over 100 clicks and cleaner campaigns

By the third week, Google Ads had reached 110 clicks, 3.19 thousand impressions, a CTR of 3.45% and an average CPC of $1.84.

For comparison: in the second week, Google Ads had 52 clicks, 1.63 thousand impressions, a CTR of 3.20% and an average CPC of $1.70. This means that clicks and impressions both roughly doubled in a week, and CTR even improved slightly.

CPC increased from $1.70 to $1.84, but this is not necessarily bad. After the first cleaning stage, campaigns often keep the more expensive but more targeted queries. In the first days, part of the budget inevitably goes into reviewing Google search terms, adding negative keywords, removing overly broad or wrong searches and clarifying the campaign logic.

This is an important lesson for other entrepreneurs: Google Ads is not always “clean” from day one. Especially when you start with a new website, a new offer or a new campaign structure. In the beginning, you need data, not illusions. The search terms report often shows very quickly where Google misunderstands your service, where users are looking for something completely different and which words must be excluded.

For us, the first stage in Google advertising was collecting data and cleaning campaigns. By the third week, the picture is already better: campaigns are more targeted, there are more impressions, there are more clicks and the ads provide enough data to start making the next decisions.

StoryBook: almost 9,000 profile views

StoryBook, also known as SSB.ee, has turned out to be a very strong local visibility channel for Visibilion. In the first snapshot, the company profile had about 2,987 views; in the second snapshot, 5,963; and by the third week, already 8,970 profile views.

This is not direct sales yet, but it should not be underestimated. If a company wants to grow visibility in Estonia, it is not enough to publish articles only on its own website. Content also needs to be distributed where the local business environment already exists. StoryBook allows us to publish shorter versions of articles and press releases in Estonian and English, strengthen the company profile and bring additional attention to the Visibilion name.

Many companies make the mistake of publishing content only on their own blog and then waiting for people to somehow find it. In reality, content has to be distributed. One article can live in several places: the full version on the website, a shorter version on StoryBook, a post on LinkedIn and Facebook, a short visual on Instagram, maybe also a press release or a partner platform mention.

Content does not work only because it exists. Content starts working when it reaches people.

Facebook and Meta: visibility started growing quickly

In the third week, the company’s Facebook visibility also started growing very clearly. According to the Facebook professional dashboard, the page had 16,413 views. In the previous snapshot, that number was 2,838, so the growth was very large.

Here we should be honest: views do not automatically mean deep interest, enquiries or sales. We are talking more about general visibility and first contacts than deep content consumption. But for a new or reactivated company page, this is still a useful signal.

Meta channels currently help us increase repeated touchpoints. A person may not write immediately, but they see the brand, see a post, see a visual, see an offer, later see an ad in Google, then maybe read an article and eventually reach a service page.

In B2B marketing, this is especially important. Not everyone decides immediately. Sometimes you need to be quietly present several times before the right moment appears for a person to get in touch.

Email outreach: volume grew and the first opportunity appeared

Email marketing reached 399 sent emails by the third week. In the second week, there were 164. The reply rate is now 3.77%, while in the previous snapshot it was 6.8%.

At first glance, the drop in reply rate may seem bad. In reality, this is quite common when volume increases. If you send 160 emails to a very narrow or warmer segment, the response percentage may be higher. When you start expanding the database, the segment inevitably becomes broader and the percentage may drop. This does not automatically mean that the channel does not work. You also need to look at whether meaningful replies appear, whether people react, whether delivery stays stable and whether the first business opportunities appear.

In the third week, the first opportunity also appeared. This does not yet mean a large sales result, but it is an important transition: the channel is no longer only about technical sending, but starts creating potential business conversations.

Our goal with email outreach is not to aggressively spam the market, but to gradually build a manageable channel: the right segment, a clear offer, a normal tone, follow-ups, reply analysis and constant improvement. As with SEO and advertising, the first phase here is collecting data and improving quality.

First price enquiries and affiliate program response

The most important difference between the third week and the two previous weeks is that the first real commercial signals appeared. We received three price enquiries and one positive reply about the affiliate program.

The first price enquiry came directly by email and was related to e-commerce development. The second and third enquiries came through the website contact form on the SEO service page. This is especially important to me, because it shows that a service page is not just there for SEO, but can actually start bringing business contacts.

In addition, we received a reply from one design studio that confirmed our affiliate program terms work for them and that they can recommend us to their clients. This is a very good signal, because the affiliate program is not just another extra page on the website. It can become a separate growth channel when web developers, designers, marketing consultants and other specialists can refer clients to Visibilion when those clients need SEO, Google Ads, Meta advertising, web development, analytics or marketing support.

The Visibilion affiliate program is built on a simple logic: when a partner refers a client to us and the client starts working with Visibilion, the partner receives a 10% commission from paid service invoices. For me, this is a fair model because the partner does not have to provide every service alone, the client gets a reliable follow-up partner, and Visibilion OÜ gets a new opportunity to help the company with digital marketing or web development.

This is another example of how a growth system does not have to depend only on advertising. Sometimes growth comes through partners, recommendations and networks.

EVUL certificate and building trust

In the third week, we received another important trust signal: Visibilion OÜ received the Eesti Võlausaldajate Liit recognition “Trusted Partner”. The certificate shows that Visibilion OÜ is a member of EVUL, has been recognised as a trusted partner since 2026.06.15, and has a company rating of 4.5 stars.

This is not something that sells on its own, but these elements play an important role in building trust. When a person lands on the website of a small or medium-sized company for the first time, they often silently ask themselves: is this company real, can it be trusted, are they active, do they have experience, are they connected to the local business environment, do the contact details and background look correct?

Trust marks like this do not replace good work, a strong portfolio, a clear offer or good results. But they support the overall picture. Especially in B2B services, where the client is not simply buying a product, but trusting a partner with their website, advertising budget, visibility and partly also sales channel development.

We also wrote a separate article about this: Visibilion OÜ received the Eesti Võlausaldajate Liit “Trusted Partner” recognition.

New articles and case studies

In the third week, we also continued working on content. This is important because Visibilion.ee growth should not rely only on advertising. If we want to build long-term visibility, the website needs useful articles, service pages, case studies, press releases and materials that strengthen trust.

During the week, we published several new materials. One of them was an article about domain and web hosting: Domain and web hosting before website development. This is a practical topic for many entrepreneurs who want a new website but do not know exactly what to prepare before development starts.

We also published an article about WordPress maintenance: WordPress website maintenance: why a website needs regular management. This is an important topic because many companies treat a website as a one-time project, although in reality a website needs regular updates, security, technical checks and content improvements.

In addition, we published a new cooperation story about the EasyFind.ee project: EasyFind.ee case study: SEO, web development and technical portal improvement. This is an important case for us because EasyFind.ee is a large advertising and information portal where SEO is not only about keywords, but about the entire portal structure: indexing, categories, URLs, internal links, technical logic and user experience.

Case studies are especially important because they show not only what a company promises, but also how it actually works. There are many promises in marketing. There is less proof. That is why I want to gradually show more real work, real decisions and real process on the Visibilion website.

What can other companies learn from this?

The main lesson of the third week is very simple for me: the first results usually do not come from one big action. They appear when several small and medium-sized actions start supporting each other.

The website gives the foundation. SEO creates long-term visibility. Articles expand semantics and help people understand the company’s thinking. Google Ads gives faster access to existing demand. Instagram and Facebook create visibility and repeated touchpoints. StoryBook gives visibility in the local business environment. Email marketing creates direct conversations. The affiliate program opens a recommendation channel. Certificates and cooperation stories strengthen trust.

If you look at each of them separately, every channel may seem small. SEO gives only 6 clicks. Google Ads only 110 clicks. Email outreach only one opportunity. Facebook views are not yet enquiries. SSB profile views are not yet sales.

But together, they create a completely different picture.

This is the point of a system. A system does not mean that everything works perfectly immediately. A system means that every channel gives some kind of signal, every signal helps make the next decision, and every next decision improves the whole mechanism.

For a business owner, the practical conclusion is this: if you want to build digital marketing, do not ask only “which channel will bring me a client tomorrow?”. Also ask: “which system will help me become more visible, build trust and receive enquiries more consistently over the next 3, 6 and 12 months?”

That is a much stronger question.

Read the first part of our story here:
Building Visibilion in public: from specialist business to real company

What next?

In the next weeks, we will continue with the same logic. We will not change the strategy because of every small movement, because right now the most important thing is to collect data, improve campaigns, strengthen service pages, expand content, monitor enquiry quality and understand which channels start creating real business opportunities.

Special attention should be paid to three things. First, SEO: which queries start moving to better positions and which pages need to be strengthened so impressions can turn into clicks. Second, advertising: which Google Ads campaigns bring the most targeted traffic, which search terms still need to be removed and which landing pages need improvement. Third, enquiries: where the first price enquiries come from, which pages or channels support them and how to make the first contacts more measurable.

The third week showed that Visibilion.ee is no longer just a new website waiting for results. It is already a mechanism that has started working: visibility is growing, channels are moving, trust is becoming stronger and the first enquiries are already here.

This is not the final result yet. This is momentum. And at the beginning, momentum is exactly what you need most.

When starting cooperation with a company, trust is very important. This is especially true when it comes to digital marketing, web development, SEO, advertising or technical solutions, where the client gives a partner access to their website, analytics, advertising accounts or internal business information.

That is why it is important for us that Visibilion OÜ is a transparent, verifiable and reliable cooperation partner. One step in this direction is membership in the Estonian Creditors Association and the EVUL trusted partner certificate.

Visibilion OÜ is recognised by EVUL as a trusted partner

According to the certificate of the Estonian Creditors Association, Visibilion OÜ has been recognised as a trusted partner since 15.06.2026. The certificate also includes the member number 47868 and confirms Visibilion OÜ’s membership in the Estonian Creditors Association.

For us, this is not just a badge on a website. It is part of a broader principle: we want to build Visibilion as a company whose background, activity and cooperation logic are visible and verifiable for clients.

Why is this important for clients?

When choosing a digital marketing partner, a portfolio or a nice website is not always enough. The client wants to understand who they are actually starting cooperation with, whether the company exists, whether its background can be checked and whether communication and the work process are professional.

Web development, SEO and advertising management require trust. A partner may work with the company’s website, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email solutions or other important systems. That is why it is important that the cooperation partner is not only skilled, but also reliable.

The EVUL trusted partner certificate does not replace good work, clear communication or real results. But it does provide an additional trust signal that helps the client see that Visibilion OÜ pays attention to company transparency and reliable cooperation.

Trust is built through consistent work

For us, trust primarily means practical things: clear agreements, transparent pricing, an understandable work process, honest feedback and a willingness to explain what we do and why we do it.

Visibilion does not want to be just a service provider that completes separate marketing tasks. Our goal is to be a partner who helps a company build a more effective digital visibility system: website, SEO, ads, analytics, content and the technical foundation must work together.

For that to happen, cooperation must begin with trust. The certificate is one small but important part of this whole.

Summary

Visibilion OÜ is a member of the Estonian Creditors Association and is recognised by EVUL as a trusted partner. For us, this is part of a broader direction: building a company whose work is understandable, verifiable and reliable for clients.

If you are choosing a partner for website development, SEO, Google Ads or Meta Ads management, it is worth looking not only at the price of the service, but also at how transparent and reliable the company you are starting cooperation with is.

Our goal is simple: to work in a way where the client knows who they are working with, what they receive and why each step matters for the visibility of their company.

A week has passed since the first article in our Growth Journal, where we explained why we decided to show the development of the company publicly and how we started a new stage with the local website visibilion.ee. At that point, it was more of a starting line: a new domain, first pages, first articles, first impressions in Google, first advertising campaigns and an honest admission that now I want to build Visibilion not just as a business that depends on one strong specialist, but as a system that can grow, improve and work year after year.

Now we have the first weekly snapshot after that publication, and it is already much more interesting. Spoiler: no, some huge miracle did not happen, leads did not start falling from the sky, and all graphs did not suddenly begin to look like an investor presentation. No, everything is much calmer and more realistic. But that is exactly why I like this stage: you can already see how separate parts of the mechanism are beginning to move together, like a system.

During this week, organic visibility grew, Google started showing the website in search more often, the number of keywords expanded, the first organic clicks from Estonia appeared, Google and Meta ads became more active, StoryBook.ee almost doubled the number of company profile views, email outreach started bringing the first replies from business owners, and social media stopped being something “we should start someday” and became part of the overall system.

And this is where it is important to stop for a moment. For a business owner, the first reaction is often: “Where are the leads? Where are the sales? Where is the money?” And that is a normal question. But if you look at digital marketing only through the final lead, you can miss much more important early signals. At the beginning, it is especially important to understand not only how many clients came in, but whether the whole system is starting to work correctly at all.

Because if the system is built correctly, leads will not be a coincidence. They will be the logical next stage.

First important signal: organic visibility started to grow

When we launched the new website specifically for Estonia, it practically started from zero as a local domain. Yes, Visibilion itself has existed for more than 7 years, the company has experience, cases and history, but a new website on a new domain had to be shown to search engines again, connected with the local market, filled with useful pages and gradually expanded in search visibility.

In the first article, we fixed the baseline: 313 impressions in Google Search Console, 1 organic click, a CTR of 0.3% and an average position of 66.3. These were very early numbers, almost a starting line.

Now the console already shows 1.11 thousand impressions, 4 clicks, a CTR of 0.4% and an average position of 59.8.

If you look only at clicks, the number is still small, and that is normal. A new website rarely starts receiving a lot of organic traffic immediately, especially in a competitive niche like marketing and web development, where agencies, freelancers, platforms and older websites with accumulated history all compete for queries. But at this stage, something else matters more: impressions grew more than three times, the average position improved, and the website started appearing in search much more often.

For a business, this is an important lesson. At the early stage of SEO, you cannot evaluate everything only by clicks and leads. First, Google needs to start understanding the website: what topics it covers, what pages exist, which queries it can be tested for and how well the content matches search intent. That is why the first weeks of SEO are often not a story about traffic suddenly taking off, but rather a story about expanding visibility and usefulness for users. And that is exactly what is happening now.

94% of impressions came from Estonia, and that matters more than just growth

One of the main questions for Visibilion right now is not “are we growing?”, but “are we growing where we need to grow?” After the previous mistake with the international focus through the .com domain, I deliberately decided to start this new stage with a local domain and a local market. Not because international expansion is no longer interesting to us, but rather because a strong international story should be built on a clear base. That is why it is especially important to me that out of 1114 impressions in the Google console, 1044 came from Estonia. That is approximately 93.7% purely Estonian traffic, or about 94% of all impressions in total.

For me, this is one of the strongest signals of the week. We are not just getting random impressions from different countries that look nice in the overall statistics but do not give much value to the business. The website is starting to appear specifically in Estonia, where Visibilion OÜ is registered, where we are building a local reputation and where we currently want to attract even more new clients.

This is a very important principle for any business: traffic itself is not the goal. You can get thousands of views from countries where you do not work, from queries that have nothing to do with buying, from people who will never become your clients. Such numbers can look pleasant in a report, but they may create no real value for the development of the company.

It is much better to get less traffic, but from the right market, from the right people and through the right topics. And right now, this is the direction we are moving in.

The website is already indexed for 148 keywords

Another important indicator is the number of keywords for which the website has already started appearing in Google and other search engines, such as Bing, Yahoo and others. At the time of the first article, the website ranked for around 76 keywords, and now it is already 148. That is almost double growth in one week.

Yes, most positions are not yet in the top results. Yes, for many queries the website is only starting to appear. Yes, there are still few clicks. But for a new website, this is a normal and even healthy dynamic: first semantic coverage expands, then positions gradually improve, then clicks appear, then behavioral data comes in, and then it becomes clear which pages need to be strengthened.

It is especially good that most of the queries remain Estonian, but English and Russian queries have already started appearing in the index as well. This is logical because the website is now developing in three languages, but the priority remains clear: Estonia and the local market.

There is also a practical takeaway here for business owners. If you are launching a new website or strongly rebuilding an old one, do not expect SEO to be measured by leads immediately. In the first weeks, you need to look at whether pages are being indexed, whether the number of queries is growing, whether impressions are appearing in the right geography, which pages search robots are starting to test and which topics are receiving the first signals.

Because SEO is not some magic button. It is accumulating infrastructure.

Website visitors: the growth is not only connected to organic traffic, and that is good

According to Site Kit and Google Analytics, the website started receiving noticeably more visitors. Site Kit shows 252 visitors over the last 28 days, which is effectively two full weeks, and GA4 shows 240 active users, 287 sessions, 1.5 thousand events and 1 key event.

The sharp growth in visitors in Site Kit is also connected with the launch of Meta Ads, specifically ads in the Facebook and Instagram feed and stories. At the beginning, when organic traffic is only starting to gain strength, paid and social channels help accelerate the first touchpoints with the audience, test people’s reactions, bring traffic to pages and see how the website behaves with real visitors. But the most interesting thing here is not just the number of visitors, but the distribution of channels. The diagram shows that traffic is not coming from one source, but from several. We have organic transitions from social media, paid Google search advertising, direct visits to the website, paid traffic from social media and other channels. And the shares look fairly balanced.

For me, this is one of the main conclusions of the week. We are not building our growth system around one specific channel. Not only SEO, or paid advertising, or LinkedIn with Facebook, and not only email campaigns. We are putting together a system where different traffic sources support each other.

This is exactly how normal digital marketing should develop. One channel can temporarily decline, become more expensive, take longer to learn or fail to deliver quick results. But if a business has a website, SEO, content, paid ads, social media, email outreach, external platforms and analytics, it becomes less dependent on one point of risk.

That is the system.

Which pages are getting attention

Site Kit already shows which pages are starting to attract the first visitors. The homepage remains the most visited page: 115 page views and 101 sessions. This is expected, because many people first want to understand what kind of company is in front of them. But then the picture becomes more interesting. The special offers page /eripakkumised/ received 51 views and 38 sessions, the website development service page received 43 views and 42 sessions, the blog received 21 page views, the website development landing page for advertising received 19, the case study about our client Estdoor OÜ received 17, the SEO service page and portfolio received 15 views each, the page with all company services received 14, and the article “Why Google advertising does not bring leads? 7 common reasons” received 13 page views.

This is a good signal because attention is not concentrated only around the homepage. People visit commercial pages, read articles, look at case studies, go to the portfolio, study SEO and other offers. In other words, the website is already starting to work as a trust funnel, not just as a nice website for brand prestige.

For any business, this is a very important moment. A good website should not be only a business card. It should answer different questions a person has at different moments of the decision-making process. One user wants to understand who you are, another wants to know how much a website costs, a third wants to see your cases, a fourth wants to know why Google Ads does not bring leads, and a fifth is ready to leave a contact if the offer is clear to them.

That is why a website should not be just a page. It should be a system of pages, a complete mechanism.

Google Ads: the first week was more about cleanup than scaling

During this week, Google Ads already collected 52 clicks, 1.63 thousand impressions, a CTR of 3.20% and an average CPC of $1.70.

At first glance, 52 clicks may seem like a small number. And yes, if we had already been running campaigns for several months, it would be too little for serious conclusions. But for the first weeks after launch, especially when the website is being built at the same time, articles are being written, landing pages are being tested and the first search queries are being collected, this is a normal volume for the initial learning of algorithms.

The most important thing in Google Ads this week was not to get perfect efficiency, but to clean up the advertising campaigns. At the beginning, there were many irrelevant impressions and clicks in the search queries, and essentially part of the budget went into system learning, data collection and negative keywords. It is unpleasant, but it is a normal part of launching search advertising.

When a business launches Google advertising for the first time, especially in a niche with broad queries, it is impossible to perfectly predict all the wording that users will use in Google when searching for your services or products. That is why the first days often turn into cleanup: irrelevant queries are removed, negative keywords are added, ads are refined, campaigns are split, landing pages are checked, and the budget gradually starts moving toward more targeted traffic.

This is not a failure. This is called setup. A standard story.

And this is an important lesson for business owners. If you launch ads and after three days see strange queries, expensive clicks or imperfect traffic, it does not always mean that the advertising does not work. Often it means that you have entered the first setup phase. The question is not whether problems appear, but how quickly you notice and fix them. Today, you need to be flexible and fast enough.

For us, June will be exactly a month of data, analytics and corrections, without any illusions about quick results.

Meta Ads: instant traffic and the first social signals

This week, we also launched Meta Ads, advertising on Facebook and Instagram, in the feed and stories. The launch of Meta advertising noticeably affected visitor growth in the admin panel analytics, because social media can give the first reach and clicks fairly quickly, especially if your goal is to start introducing the audience to the brand, services and content.

But I do not look at social media advertising as a separate miracle channel, because at this stage the task of paid advertising is not only to bring leads immediately. The task of this channel is much broader: to bring the first people to the website, test visuals and offers, understand the audience’s reaction, support brand awareness and add another layer of traffic into the system.

If Google advertising works with already formed demand, meaning people who are searching for something right now, then Meta advertising helps work with attention, interest and first touchpoints. For B2B, this is especially important because not every business owner wakes up in the morning thinking that today they urgently need to find a marketing agency. Sometimes they first need to see an idea, get to know the company, read a couple of articles, return later and only then make a decision.

That is why Meta Ads in our system is not a replacement for SEO or Google Ads, but an additional touchpoint channel with potential clients.

Social media: we started doing it not just for the checkbox

This week, we also became more active on social media. The company LinkedIn in Estonian, my personal LinkedIn in English, the company Facebook also in Estonian, Instagram as a supporting visual channel for the company’s image, and we also added a Pinterest account.

Each channel has its own role. The company LinkedIn is needed for Visibilion Eesti’s local B2B presence. My personal LinkedIn helps tell a broader founder story from the first person and build trust through openness. The company Facebook account gives additional presence in the Meta ecosystem. Instagram helps support the visual image. Pinterest is currently an experimental channel for us, but in some client projects it has already shown good additional potential, sometimes 500–1000 views per month, so it is logical to test it for our own development as well.

The numbers on the company LinkedIn page are still small, but for a new page they are normal: 38 followers, 36 of them new in the last 30 days, 48 page views, 18 unique visitors, 227 impressions and 23 reactions.

This is not a huge result, but it is the beginning of presence, and here it is important not to mix up expectations. Company social media rarely immediately becomes a powerful lead generation channel, especially if the brand is only beginning to appear actively in the local field. First, it creates visibility, trust, repeated touchpoints and context, and only later does it start helping sales as well.

Company Facebook page: first noticeable reach

The company Facebook account is worth mentioning separately. Over the period, we can see 2,838 views, 49 interactions and 11 new followers. For the beginning, this is a good signal, especially considering that social media is only starting to be managed more actively.

It is important to clarify: this is the company profile, not my personal Facebook. My personal profile also received a good reaction, because there the audience knows me as a person, not only as the founder of Visibilion OÜ, but for the business growth system it is especially important that corporate channels are also starting to come alive.

This brings us back to the main idea again: a brand is not built with one post, one ad or one article. It is built through repetition. A person sees the company in search, then on Facebook, then on LinkedIn, then on an external resource, then reads an article, then returns to the website. And the more normal touchpoints like this there are, the higher the chance that at the right moment they will remember exactly you.

StoryBook: almost 6,000 profile views

SSB.ee has become one of the most interesting local channels in this system. We continue publishing short versions of articles and press releases there in two languages, Estonian and English, with links to full materials on the Visibilion website.

The Visibilion OÜ profile on StoryBook now already shows 5,963 visits to the company profile.

In the first article, there were around 2,987 views, which means the metric almost doubled in a week. Of course, profile views are not yet leads or sales, but it is a strong indicator of local visibility. Especially for a company that is currently building awareness specifically in Estonia.

There is also a useful takeaway for businesses here: you do not always need to limit yourself only to your own website and social media. External platforms, industry directories, business media, local portals and professional platforms can become an important part of content distribution. Especially if they provide not just a link, but additional visibility within the right audience.

Content should not only be published. It should be distributed.

Email outreach: first replies matter more than volume

At the same time, we are gradually increasing the database for email campaigns and the number of emails sent per day. At the moment, 164 emails have been sent through Instantly, the reply rate is 6.8%, open rate and click rate, the metrics for tracking email opens and clicks, are disabled, and opportunities have not yet been recorded as separate deals.

But what matters to me here is something else: we are not landing in spam, we already have replies and reactions from business owners, the database is gradually growing, and sending volume is increasing carefully and consistently. At this stage, the goal is not to suddenly send thousands of emails and burn the domains completely. The task is simple: to build a safe, controlled and understandable channel.

Email outreach is often perceived too primitively: found a database, uploaded contacts, clicked send, waiting for leads. In reality, everything is more complicated. You need to think about domains, warm-up, deliverability, database quality, segmentation, email copy, follow-up scenarios, people’s reactions and sender reputation.

We are currently in the early phase of this channel: careful sending, first replies, first reactions, gradual increase in volume. And this is more correct than aggressively scaling something that has not yet passed validation.

For business owners, this is an important principle: a new channel must first become stable, and only then big.

Easyfind.ee: another external channel

This week, an article about our company was also published on the Estonian advertising platform EasyFind.ee. For us, this is another external presence channel and another point through which people can learn what we do and how we can be useful for businesses.

I do not treat such placements as a magic sales button. Rather, they are part of general visibility. When a company is only actively entering the local field, it is important to appear in different relevant places: in search, on business platforms, in social media, in advertising channels and on external platforms. Each individual placement may not bring a very fast result, but together they create a sense of presence.

And presence turns into trust over time.

Main conclusion of the week: the system is more important than one channel

If we put everything together, Visibilion.ee made an important step this week. Organic visibility grew to 1.11 thousand impressions, the website started indexing for 148 keywords, around 94% of impressions came from Estonia, the first organic clicks appeared, Google Ads collected the first 52 clicks and went through an active phase of query cleanup, Meta Ads brought additional traffic, StoryBook grew to almost 6,000 profile views, email campaigns started receiving first replies, social media became more active, and traffic started distributing between several channels.

But the main conclusion is not in separate numbers.
The main conclusion is that a complete system is starting to appear.

The website is no longer just standing somewhere on the internet. It receives impressions, accepts traffic, is connected with articles, advertising, social media, external platforms and email campaigns. Channels are starting to support each other. Data is starting to show what needs to be improved. Mistakes in advertising turn into negative keywords and cleaner campaigns. Articles turn into press releases and additional entry points. Social media turns into touchpoints. E-mails turn into first conversations.

And this is exactly how I want to build Visibilion. Not through random traffic spikes, not through one channel, not through a beautiful picture without working mechanics behind it. But through a system where every action gradually strengthens another.

Read the first part of our story here:
How I am building the company publicly: turning a 7-year-old business into a real growth system

What are we going to do next?

Next week will be about continuing the setup. Right now, there is no sense in sharply changing the strategy. We will continue writing articles and expanding the website’s semantic coverage, publishing materials on SSB.ee, managing social media, cleaning Google advertising campaigns, testing social media ads, carefully increasing email campaigns and watching which pages and channels begin to give the most useful signals.

Special attention will be given to traffic quality. Not just how many people came, but where they came from, what they opened, how much time they spent on the website, whether they reached services, cases, portfolio or contacts. This is more important than simply being happy about visitor growth.

For us, June is a month of data, analytics and corrections. A month when we do not pretend that everything is already perfect, but carefully collect information, clean channels, improve pages and gradually turn separate marketing actions into a working mechanism. Patience, friends, patience and persistence are the key to success.

A week ago, I wrote that I want to build Visibilion not only with my own hands, but as a system.

Now there are first signs that this system is really starting to move.

Small steps, but in the right direction, step by step.

Visibilion turned 7 years old on May 6, 2026, and this birthday felt different to me. Not because the company suddenly became perfect, not because we already had a big team, a fully structured sales department or a dashboard full of impressive numbers, but because I finally admitted something that had probably been obvious for a long time: for most of these 7 years, I was building Visibilion more as a strong specialist than as a real company.

I was doing what many founders of small service businesses do. I took projects, solved client problems, built websites, worked on SEO, wrote content, fixed technical details, launched campaigns, checked analytics, prepared strategies, answered messages, managed deadlines and kept everything moving mostly because I personally knew how to do a lot of things. And to be honest, this worked for quite a long time. It helped the business survive, brought clients, created experience, gave me cases and made me much stronger professionally.

But there is also another side to this kind of growth. At some point, if too much depends on one person, the business starts becoming less of a company and more of a very demanding job with a company name. You can be skilled, fast, useful and even profitable, but still feel that the whole structure is standing on your own energy, your own discipline and your own ability to wake up every morning and push everything forward.

That is why the main conflict of this blog is not “how I started Visibilion”. Visibilion is not a new business. It has existed for more than 7 years. The real question is different: how do I stop being just a strong specialist inside my own business and become the person who actually builds the company? This is what I want to document openly from now on. Not only the beautiful results, not only the successful cases, not only the polished screenshots that look good in a portfolio, but the whole process: decisions, numbers, mistakes, experiments, doubts, corrections, growth and everything that usually stays behind the scenes when companies talk about marketing. I want to show how I am building Visibilion as a system and if our methods really work, the most honest way to prove it is to apply them to our own company first.

The first strategic mistake: trying to look international too early

For a long time, Visibilion lived on the international domain visibilion.com. At that moment, it felt logical to me. A .com domain sounds bigger, more international, more ambitious, and ambition was never the problem. I wanted Visibilion to work with companies from different countries, to look wider than one local market and to be perceived as a digital marketing partner that can think internationally. But looking back now, I think this was one of my first strategic mistakes. Not because international markets are bad, because they are not, and I still want Visibilion to grow outside Estonia in the future. The mistake was in the sequence. I tried to build an international image before building a strong local foundation.

Visibilion is an Estonian company. The company is registered here, the headquarters are here, the first real business environment around the brand is here, and if we want to become a serious digital marketing partner for other companies, it makes sense to prove our methods first in the market where we actually live and work.

There is a difference between being international and just trying to look international. A company does not become stronger only because it has a .com domain, English texts and a wider-looking positioning. A company becomes stronger when it has a clear market, a clear offer, a strong website, visible results, understandable services, good cases, working analytics and a system that can bring leads, conversations and clients.

So this year I made a decision not to renew visibilion.com. Within about a month, the domain was taken by someone from the United States and turned into some cheap-looking website, probably something created for link placement or donor-site purposes. At first, this felt strange, because the domain had been connected with Visibilion for years, but very quickly I started to see it less as a loss and more as a symbol.

The old domain became a reminder of the old mistake: I wanted to build the international version before building the local base properly.

On May 24, 2026, almost right after Visibilion’s 7th birthday, I launched the new local website: visibilion.ee. This time, the logic is different. We are not trying to look bigger than we are. We are building from the real foundation: Estonia first, local visibility first, clear services first, measurable growth first. International expansion can come later, but this time it should be built on top of a working system, not instead of it.

What I did first after launching the new website

The first version of the new Visibilion website was not meant to be perfect, and I think this is important to say out loud, because perfection is one of the easiest ways to delay real growth. If I waited until every page, every language version, every design detail, every article and every visual element was ideal, the website would probably still be somewhere in development, waiting for a perfect moment that never comes.

So I started with the pages that matter most from a business and search demand perspective. First came the main services: website development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, digital strategy and related digital marketing services. The goal was simple: if a business owner lands on the website, they should quickly understand what we do, how we can help and why our approach is practical.

I did not want Visibilion to sound like another generic digital agency that says “we help businesses grow online” and then hides everything behind vague words. The website has to explain real services in a normal human way: we build websites, improve SEO, set up and manage advertising, work with analytics, write content, help companies understand what is happening with their traffic and make digital marketing more structured and measurable.

At the same time, I started actively writing articles. Not because “content marketing” sounds nice, but because articles are one of the best ways to build search visibility, explain our thinking and create trust before a person ever speaks to us. I started with topics related to website development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital marketing for companies, because these are the areas where business owners already have questions, doubts and search demand.

The website is still very young, but I already treat it not as a static business card, but as a growing system. Every new page should either bring search visibility, help a potential client understand our thinking, strengthen trust or support future sales conversations. Ideally, one good page should do all of these things at the same time.

The first numbers: May 24 to June 3, 2026

The first period I am looking at is from May 24 to the end of June 3, 2026. This is basically the first visible stage after launching the new website, and I do not want to present it as some huge success story, because it is not. These are early numbers, small numbers, almost baseline numbers. But that is exactly why they are valuable.

If this project grows, these first screenshots will become the starting point. Later I will be able to compare future results with this moment and see what really changed.

According to Google Search Console, during this first period the website received 313 impressions, 1 click, an average CTR of 0.3% and an average position of 66.3. If this were an old, established website, I would not be impressed by these numbers at all. But for a new local website that was launched only a few days ago and is just starting to be indexed, the main thing here is not the click. The main thing is that Google has already started to see the website.

The website is already ranking for 76 keywords in Google, and what matters even more to me is that these keywords are Estonian. This means that the local strategy is starting in the right direction. Right now I do not need random traffic from everywhere. I need relevant visibility in Estonia, because the goal is to build a strong local base first.

Around 96% of the traffic is already coming from Estonia, and for this stage, that is exactly what I wanted to see. Not a large number of visitors from random countries, not international noise, not vanity traffic, but the first small signals from the market that actually matters for this phase.

What Google Analytics and Site Kit already show

In Google Analytics, the website had 89 active users, 128 sessions and 50 engaged sessions during the same period. The engagement rate was 39.06%, and again, while these are still early numbers, they already help me understand how people interact with the new website.

What I like here is that the traffic is not completely empty. People are opening service pages, reading articles, visiting the blog and reaching the contact page. These are small actions, but they show that the website is already doing more than just existing online.

In Google Site Kit, the website shows 97 visitors for the first period. The most visited page is the homepage, followed by the website development page, the blog, the Estdoor case study, the contact page, portfolio and several service pages. The website development page already has 35 pageviews and 37 sessions, the Estdoor case study has 16 pageviews, and the contact page has 11 pageviews and 10 sessions.

For me, this is useful not because the numbers are large, but because the pattern makes sense. People want to understand who we are, what kind of websites we build, what cases we have, what we write about and how to contact us. This already gives me the first clues about what should be improved next: which pages need stronger CTAs, which articles can be connected better with service pages, which topics deserve more content and which landing pages should be used for advertising.

Marketing should not be based only on imagination. Good marketing starts when you look at reality carefully enough and let the data show you where the next step should be.

Small technical steps also matter

One of the first things I did after launching the new domain was very simple and not very glamorous: I changed the footer links on our clients’ websites from visibilion.com to visibilion.ee.

This is not something that sounds exciting in a LinkedIn post, but in practice, these small details matter. If we built or worked on a client’s website and there is a natural credit link in the footer, that link should now point to the domain that actually represents the company. Not to the old international version, not to the domain that is no longer ours, but to the new local Estonian website.

This is not some secret SEO trick. It is just a normal part of cleaning the digital footprint. If the company changes direction, the website, links, profiles, descriptions and all external signals should slowly start reflecting the new direction too.

Storybook became one of the first visibility channels

Another channel I started using almost immediately was ssb.ee. I began publishing shorter versions of our articles there in Estonian and English, with links to the full versions on visibilion.ee.

The logic is simple: if I already write a full article for the website, I can also adapt it into a shorter version and distribute it through a platform where Estonian companies and decision-makers can see it. It gives the content a second life, creates additional visibility, supports referral traffic and helps the company appear more active in the local business environment.

This channel has already brought almost 3,000 views to the company profile and published materials, which is quite interesting for such an early stage. Of course, profile views are not the same thing as clients, and I do not want to pretend that every view is a lead, but attention is still part of the chain.

Many businesses want to jump directly from “we published something” to “we got a client”, but in reality the path is often longer. First people notice you, then they see you again, then they start recognizing the name, then they read something, then they compare, then maybe they visit the website, then maybe they contact you. If the system is built correctly, attention can slowly turn into trust, and trust can turn into conversations.

Paid search: starting small, but with real search intent

I also launched paid advertising, but I did not start with a large budget. The current budget is around $10 per day, and this is intentional. At this stage, I do not need to spend aggressively. I need to understand which keywords, ads and landing pages have potential.

Another important point is that I launched advertising after the website started collecting the first keyword data. I wanted to see at least some early signals from Google Search Console before pushing paid traffic, because then the campaigns can be connected more closely to real demand instead of being based only on assumptions.

Right now, there are 4 search campaigns running. Search campaigns only. This is important because I am not trying to create artificial traffic from broad placements, display networks or random audience expansion. I want to test people who are already searching for website development, SEO, Google Ads and digital marketing services in Estonia.

So far, Google Ads has brought 12 clicks, 223 impressions, an average CPC of $1.46 and $17.57 in spend.

These numbers are too early for any serious conclusion, and I would never tell a client that we can judge a campaign properly after such a small amount of data. But the learning process has already started. Now I can see which keywords trigger impressions, which ads get clicks, where the CPC is acceptable, which landing pages people visit and what should be rewritten, excluded, separated or tested again.

For me, this is how marketing should be built: not emotionally, not randomly, not with one big beautiful launch and then silence, but step by step, with data, corrections and patience.

Email outreach: not glamorous, but necessary

At the same time, I started manually collecting a database of Estonian companies from different niches, mostly from areas where we already have experience or at least understand the business logic. Manual work takes more time, of course, but at this stage I prefer better quality over random volume.

I set up automated email outreach through Instantly, including follow-up sequences, because in B2B one email is usually not enough. People are busy, they miss messages, they postpone decisions, they need reminders, and if the offer is relevant, a good follow-up can make the difference between silence and a conversation.

Of course, proper email outreach is not just uploading contacts and sending messages. You need to warm up mailboxes, prepare domains, think about deliverability, avoid spam signals, write normal human emails, test sequences and not behave like a desperate company that is shouting at everyone. So the first few days went into setup, warming and preparation.

I also bought the domain visibilion.eu to increase future sending capacity and protect deliverability, because if email becomes one of the acquisition channels, it has to be treated as a system, not as a one-time experiment.

Now the first campaigns are slowly starting, and this is another part of the mechanism: website, SEO, content, paid search, business platforms, email outreach, LinkedIn and later cold calls. None of these channels alone is magic. But together, if they are connected properly, they can create a much stronger growth system.

Why I created Visibilion Eesti on LinkedIn

Another decision was to move away from the overly international feeling for now and create the company page as Visibilion Eesti. This is a small naming decision, but strategically it matters, because the goal right now is not to look global, but to become more visible and trusted in Estonia.

LinkedIn will be one of the channels for building visibility, both through the company page and through my personal profile. On the company side, the focus will be more local and service-based. On my personal profile, I want to write in English about how I am building Visibilion, what we are testing, what works, what does not work and what I learn as a founder.

This difference is important. The website and company content can speak more directly to the Estonian market, while my personal LinkedIn can tell the broader story in English: how an Estonian digital marketing company is being rebuilt from the inside, from a founder-led specialist business into a more structured growth company.

In the future, I still want international expansion. I have not abandoned that idea. But this time, international growth should come from a stronger base, not from the desire to look bigger too early.

The next step: speaking with decision-makers

The next step is cold outreach through calls, especially to decision-makers from companies that have already received emails. This is not the most comfortable part for many digital people, but I think it is necessary.

A website can tell you a lot. Analytics can tell you a lot. Search data can tell you a lot. But actual conversations with business owners and managers tell you things that dashboards cannot. They reveal real objections, real priorities, real budgets, real doubts and the actual language people use when they talk about their problems.

I do not want Visibilion to be built only inside Google Analytics. I want it to be built in the market, through content, search, ads, email, LinkedIn and conversations with real people.

Especially in B2B, you cannot hide behind dashboards forever. At some point, you need to talk to people and understand whether your offer is clear, whether the pain is real and whether the market actually reacts to what you are building.

What I want this blog to become

I do not want this blog to be a collection of polished success stories written after everything already looks good. There are enough of those. Most companies show the result when it is already clean, packaged and safe. But very few show the messy middle, where decisions are made, mistakes become visible, numbers are still small and the system is still being built.

For me, that part is much more interesting.

I want to show how I rebuild Visibilion from the inside. How I make decisions, what I test, what I change, where I was wrong, which numbers matter and which numbers are just noise. I want to show the work not only as a marketer, but as a founder who is learning to build a company instead of personally carrying everything on his own skills.

This is also why I think this story can be useful for other business owners. Many small companies are built around one strong person. The owner sells, manages, solves, controls, improves, answers and pushes everything forward. It works for some time, but eventually the same question appears: how do you turn personal skill into a company system?

This is exactly the question I am asking myself now and I want to answer it publicly.

Why this matters for our clients too

This story is personal, but it is also directly connected to how we work with clients. I do not believe that digital marketing should be a collection of disconnected services. A website here, some SEO there, a few ads somewhere, a report nobody reads and a landing page nobody improves — that is not a growth system. That is decoration.

Real growth usually appears when everything is connected: the offer, the website, search demand, content, paid traffic, analytics, email outreach, follow-ups, sales conversations and regular improvements. When one part of the system gives data to another part. When content supports SEO. When SEO supports trust. When ads test demand. When analytics shows weak points. When outreach starts conversations. When conversations improve the offer.

This is what I want to build for Visibilion, and this is what we help build for other companies. Not marketing noise or random activity, not “let’s post something and hope”, but a working mechanism.

The baseline of the new Visibilion

So this is the baseline of the new Visibilion website from May 24 to June 3, 2026.

The new local website is live. The site is already ranking for 76 Estonian keywords. Around 96% of the traffic comes from Estonia. Google Search Console shows 313 impressions, 1 organic click, 0.3% CTR and an average position of 66.3. Google Ads has generated 12 clicks from 223 impressions with an average CPC of $1.46 and $17.57 spent. Google Analytics shows 89 active users, 128 sessions and 50 engaged sessions. Site Kit shows 97 visitors, with the homepage, website development page, blog, Estdoor case study and contact page among the most visited pages. SSB.ee has already brought almost 3,000 views to the company profile and article materials. Email outreach has started. Follow-up sequences are prepared. LinkedIn is being connected to the local strategy. Cold calls are next.

These are not big numbers yet, and I do not want to pretend they are. But they are the first signals of a system that has started moving.

And honestly, I like this moment exactly because it is still small. There is no big victory to decorate, no illusion to sell, no dramatic success story to exaggerate. There is only the beginning of a more serious approach.

Visibilion is not starting from zero as a business, but visibilion.ee is starting almost from zero as a new local growth platform. And from now on, I want to show how it grows, what I do, what works, what fails and what I learn on the way.

For years, I built Visibilion mostly with my own hands.

Now I want to build it as a system.

Let’s see what happens next.
