No. Our base condition is 10% lifetime commission. This means that if your referred client continues working with Visibilion and pays invoices, you receive commission from later invoices as well.
Is commission calculated from the whole invoice amount?
Commission is calculated from Visibilion’s service fee that the client has paid. Advertising budgets, state fees, hosting, domains, third-party tools, VAT and direct external costs are usually excluded from commission calculation.
When is partner commission paid?
Partner commission is paid after the client has paid the relevant invoice to Visibilion. The exact billing method and period are agreed with the partner.
What if the client has already been in contact with Visibilion?
Commission can be applied if the referral is registered before the active sales process and the client was not already an existing Visibilion contact or active sales opportunity.
Can I introduce the client to Visibilion myself?
Yes. You can make a joint email introduction, introduce us on a call or send us the client information. The most important thing is that the referral is clearly registered.
Does the partner need to keep communicating with the client?
No. If you prefer, we can continue communication directly with the client. If you want to stay involved as a strategic partner or contact person, we can agree on that separately.
